The B&W theme of the photo has given more originality and feeling to the photograph. The only detachment I see in the young girl and the two figures at her two sides, is the brighter vision caused by the difference in the contrast. The way she has dressed gives the same impact about the culture and rituals she lives within.
Excellent framing provides the exact old feeling you have meant to convey.
